Management of teacher indiscipline in urban secondary schools of Kasama district.
This paper recommends that there is need to establish a specific compulsory full course on teacher
discipline in all teacher-training institutions and that all teachers should be signing anti-disciplinary agreement forms upon deployment so that no one would have any excuse whatsoever for any misconduct. Also, bureaucratic procedures in the processing of disciplinary cases should be reduced to avoid unnecessary interferences and distortion of
evidence.

From theory to practice: your people's views on medical circumcision as an intervention against HIV/AIDS and other STIs in Kaputa and Mporokoso district of Zambia.
Article. The Ministry of Health should explain circumcision explicitly to the people as those in this study linked circumcision to invincibility were HIV is concerned. Circumcision was also linked to behavior in that those who did not want to be circumcised said they were not promiscuous. Furthermore, research needs to be done on the relationship between longer sexual experience and loss of sensitivity when people are circumcised.

Integration of HIV and AIDS into pre-service and in-service teacher training programs in Zambia.
This research study examined the existing nature and effectiveness of HIV instruction,
relating to pre-service and in-service teachers (PITs) and teacher trainers in Zambia. It is an
official study of the USAID Read to Succeed Project (RTS) in Zambia. Findings identify best
practices of HIV education in teacher training institutions (TTIs)
in preparing teachers to integrate HIV and AIDS into pre- and in-service teacher training (PITT) programs nationwide
and in what is being taught in primary and secondary education curricula. This study
examined curricula materials that were taught in the 11 participating TTIs and which are part
of the national curriculum teaching requirements at the primary and secondary school levels.

Cultural preservation literacy in Zambia: a case study of the Lala people of Serenje district.
The study noted that some aspects of the Lala culture were vanishing and getting extinct slowly certain food stuff such as millet (amale) nshima; some marriage processes were literary extinct such as a stage where parents used to find a spouse to marry their children and finally, the traditional dressing of the LALA people was no longer common. It was recommended that the Lala community should continue preserving their culture and restore those important aspects that were extinct or slowly vanishing.
